TeesAJ User Account
You warrant that your Submissions are free of any intellectual property infringement, disputes, or third-party claims. TeesAJ assumes no liability for misuse of copyright or other rights by users. You agree to indemnify TeesAJ against losses resulting from such use.
Reviews and Comments
All submissions, including reviews and comments, are non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting content, you grant TeesAJ a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, modify, publish, and distribute such content.
You represent that you own or control all rights to your submissions and that they do not infringe third-party rights. TeesAJ may remove or edit submissions at its discretion.
Order Cancellation
Only orders in paid, processing, or partially shipped status may be modified or canceled. Shipped or packed orders may not be canceled. Please contact songzywks@outlook.com as soon as possible for assistance.
Shipments
All shipments are delivered duty unpaid. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Refused packages due to customs charges are the customer’s responsibility. TeesAJ cannot declare items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
Customer Code of Conduct
TeesAJ expects respectful communication. Abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or unreasonable behavior toward staff will not be tolerated. TeesAJ reserves the right to refuse future service.
Copyright
All website content belongs exclusively to TeesAJ.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Intellectual Property Infringement Policy
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit a detailed notice to songzywks@outlook.com including all required documentation.
Termination
TeesAJ may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice. Upon termination, all access rights will cease immediately.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeesAJ disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the month preceding the claim.
Order Acceptance
TeesAJ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock limits, pricing errors, or fraud prevention concerns.
User Account
Each customer may register one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended without notice.
Applicable Law
Shipping
TeesAJ ships from multiple warehouses and may split orders. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended. Uninsured shipments are not the responsibility of TeesAJ.
Remedies
You agree that TeesAJ is entitled to injunctive relief and all legal remedies for breach of this Agreement.
